Merchandise Returns:

No returns will be accepted by Mooskoka Dips if sent back “freight collect” or without a return authorization number (RGA#). An authorization number is obtained only by contacting Mooskoka Dips . If authorized the goods must be in their original packaging and carton. The original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shortages and Damages:

Must be reported with 5 (five) days of receipt of goods by contacting Mooskoka Dips .
